Take a deep breath in and hold it, exhale slowly. Seek and find Love in your heart. Open and expand the healing light of Jesus. Allow love and light to search in and around your body. Bathe any pain with compassion and the Breath of Life. Breathe in God, breathe out love. Accept your truth with no judgement of good, bad, right or wrong. Be cleansed by the love, kindness and compassion flowing from your heart.
