Gently become as still as possible in a seated position. Your spine is straight and sitting bones are stable. Your shoulders are back, heart is open and your chin is tucked in. The top of your head reaches upward, and the belly is soft. Imagine a cross from Heaven to Earth and shoulder to shoulder running through your body. Close your eyes to have more alert attention to explore your inner world. Begin to experience your body as a sanctuary, a house of God, where you can experience God’s presence and get to know your true nature. Hold this posture throughout the practice.
