About Tonyah

Tonyah teaches about finding ways to daily increase inner strength, outer power and freedom through practicing spiritual disciplines and healthy habits. She has a unique way of teaching how to be still, know and make friends with your soul and connect with a higher power.

Tonyah’s perspective on wellness is deep and broad.

She is a registered dietitian, master meditation teacher and a Christ-centered life coach. She has created an 8-Step Christ-centered meditation and prayer practice, original devotional chant music, Emotional Clarity Cards, and is trained in using crystal singing bowls for healing. She’s  also an author. Her books are, How to Meditate with Jesus and soon to be released, Higher Power Living.

For many years she has shared tips about lifestyle and feeding the whole person: body, soul and spirit. She is active on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. Tonyah also does private coaching or group workshops.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Loma Linda University. Upon graduation, she worked for two of the Charter Psychiatric Hospitals as Director of Nutrition Services. While working for Charter, she gave public lectures on topics such as stress management, nutrition, and healthy habits. She also worked for Pritikin Longevity Center, where she taught cooking classes, and lectured on motivation, lifestyle and the optimum diet. She also has experience as an eating disorder specialist and a midwifery dietitian.

Growing up in San Diego with parents who were educators, fueled her commitment to lifelong learning. She spent her summers at Grand Teton National Park, where her father was a seasonal park ranger. Her deep appreciation for nature, stillness and silence really took root during those magical Wyoming summers. She now resides half time in Orange County and half time in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Tonyah is a dynamic woman who is gracefully maturing as she takes on the challenge of transforming into the best possible version of herself.

Whenever I am searching for peace, truth, or inspiration, I play Tonyah’s songs. The messages of love throughout these beautiful recordings are profoundly inspiring and healing. I listen to these songs, whenever I want to deepen my relationship with God and feel closer to spirit. Tonyah, thank you — your songs are such a gift to my life and I believe they will bless the lives of many others!
